Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Lingerie and intimate wear
  • Used or washed nightwear
  • Accessories and footwear showing signs of use
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@srmfashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or incorrect products received. Exchange requests must meet the return eligibility conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
